System was good for a month front speakers weren’t wired good and gave out. They DONT know how to run wires. Truck caught fire because of that but was able to stop it before it got worse. If yall do get it done buy them make sure to take it somewhere to double check it before you loose your vehicle. The wire that burned was the remote wire not in the pictures cause it burnt to a crisp. Not talking about the orange, those had to be ran since they had set up one wire for the speaker and tweeter together. The bass was messed up as well, they put a black little tape over the clipping light.

Had a great experience in Burns motors by sales person Robert Jackson, who referred me to this location for a free tint upgrade. Upon arriving I spoke to associate Charlie who provided me with choice on ceramic tint and spoke to me about advantages and options. Was in and out about an hours top. Tint looked awesome 👌 👏. Thank you Charlie for listening to my needs Gladiator looks Fantastic. A must visit and will definitely return. Once again thanks Robert and Charlie for making one happy customer.

I had a really bad experience with this business. I bought a Jeep Gladiator from Burns Motors in February 2025. Part of the deal was that they were going to pay for the installation of the remote start feature since it was not equipped and it was one of the things I was looking in purchasing the vehicle. They sent me to Supreme Sounds to have it installed. Dropped my vehicle off a few days later at the time they opened. They said it would take about 4 hours to have it set up and that they would call me once vehicle is ready. I had to go at 6pm almost 8 hours after dropping off my vehicle, because I never got a call and saw that they close at 7pm. Talked to someone, he told me to give him another hour because he was waiting for some codes that needed to be sent to him to program the module. Waited the hour, and was told that whoever needed to send him the codes was not responding, but for me to return in a week to give him enough time to get these codes. He also said that because of the inconvenience that I had to return he was going to install window tints on my front doors windows for free. Went a week later, and someone at the front counter said that the person that was going to

They are very good in their work, but not to clean after installing. Left my radio trim popping out and all the zip tags uncut sticking out of the car, plus left a used coke can on top of the car. The price was great, and the customer service as well, just need to remind them to clean afterward.
